Refund Policy
At RealOnes, we take pride in the quality and crunch of our pita chips. Because our products are perishable food items, we have a strict refund policy to ensure food safety and operational integrity.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds or physical returns once an order has been shipped. All sales are final.
2. Eligibility for Store Credit
We understand that sometimes things go wrong during transit. We will issue Store Credit (via a digital gift card or discount code) in the following specific instances:

Damaged Goods: If your pita chips arrive crushed, tampered with, or otherwise unfit for consumption.

Lost Shipments: If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost or if the tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days.
3. Requirements for a Claim
To qualify for store credit, you must meet the following strict criteria:

48-Hour Deadline: You must submit your complaint via email at thegrove.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery time stamped by the courier.

Proof of Damage: You must include clear images and/or video of the damaged packaging and the product.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
4. Denied Claims
We cannot offer store credit or replacements if:

The complaint is made after the 48-hour delivery window.

No photographic evidence of the damage is provided.

The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

The package was marked as "Delivered" but was stolen from the doorstep (please ensure a secure delivery location).
5. Processing Your Credit
Once your claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, your store credit will be processed and sent to your registered email address within 3-5 business days.
