  • Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our pita chips as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

  • Food Safety: Our products are manufactured according to applicable food safety standards. Please review all ingredient lists for allergen information before consumption.

4. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

  • You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions.

     

5. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from RealOnes pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier, incase of any issue we may provide store credit. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, RealOnes generally does not accept returns.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RealOnes or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. User Comments and Feedback
