Shipping Policy

At RealOnes, we work hard to get your snacks to your door as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Damages & Lost Parcels: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photo evidence to be eligible for store credit, subject to terms and conditions.
